Our client, a leading organization in the Financial Institution & Insurance sector, is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Halifax.
- Pay: £14.02p/hr
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Contract Length: 3 months
- Start Date: December 9, 2025
- Working Pattern: Full Time, 35 hours per week
- Shifts: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM) - every other Saturday with a weekday off

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of our client, engaging with customers through inbound calls. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Processing payments for changes to policies
- Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
